Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Apt 412 order. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of order fulfilment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
As our products are made to order via print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
3. Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, kindly initiate a refund and then place a new order after the refund has been processed.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
